Great coworkers, terrible management and scheduling

Pros

I worked with some of the most caring and supportive nurses, assistants, and therapists I have ever met - there were never any issues between coworkers in my department.

Cons

Management tried to uphold scheduling restrictions that made it nearly impossible to provide adequate care to the number of residents each nurse/CNA were assigned. This contributed to a high-stress environment and high incidence of burnout among staff.
