If you're ok with your company controlling your health and finances, and want to work in an office 100% of the time then this could be a company for you. Be sure to negotiate a higher salary upfront because rewards aren't aligned with performance. There are some great people working there, but I'm pretty sure they are just as burnt out as I was. It's exhausting keeping up with changing initiatives and waiting for leadership to make a decision and actually follow through with it.
