They don’t value employees and severely underpay. The company prides itself on overworking staff for the least amount of money possible.

Cons

Ran by cruel, inconsiderate, spiteful upper management who uses on-site staff as pawns to push their agenda. Every good worker leaves after realizing how awful the culture is.

No flexibility. Brookfield has decided on no policy to work from home. Back in the office 100% of the time. Face time is vital to promotions
