- Stable company, no risk of mergers, etc. - Good benefits (health insurance, 401k matching) - Company is truly trying to be a difference maker in the field of renewable energy - Continued growth from a corporate perspective - Lots of opportunities to learn great skills and grow professionally

Cons

- Few individuals are selected for "fast tracking" and the rest of let to stagnate in their positions, with no thought about professional development - Salaries are not even close to competitive with the rest of the industry - Hard set mentality against hybrid/remote work models - "Old boy" mentality. Very little diversity or inclusion seen over nearly a decade with the company. - Top heavy. Rather than pay the hard working employees living wages, top directors and VPs will land yearly bonuses of nearly 50%.
