They may have woken up but too little too late...
Cons
System Operations has a lot of turnover. Management was been told why and ignored what they were told and instead decided they should move their control room to a different State where the cost of living would be "lower".. except the new location has the same cost of living and more taxes. They put people in management who have zero management experience and are too immature to lead. Zero worthwhile communication from management.
