      Pros

      Culture is incredible. Everyone is smart, cares about their job and the firm, works hard, is professional, and KIND. You definitely pick up on the strong Canadian influence in the culture.

      Cons

      Benefits package is fairly basic, nothing extraordinary to write home about. And their parental leave policy is not fair across the board regionally--a little disappointing considering they're a Canadian firm, you would hope they extend the same policy to their US employees.
