Real estate group is fantastic. Tons of very smart, motivated people who are great to work with. Good mix of interesting US and non-US deals going on. Hours vary, but are not unreasonable. Location is pretty. Free snacks.

Cons

Not all the senior managers are the greatest at managing people/advocating for their team. Make sure you have a good sense of this before you jump on board. Brewed coffee could be used to strip paint and should be avoided at all costs.

Pay/bonus is great Everyone is sharp and the company has done very well

Cons

Had a micro manager as a manager for 2 years. You're expected to work ridiculously long hours even though multiple requests were made for resources. Most people work 11-13 hour days Terrible culture
