-lean teams so you gain great exposure to so many different aspects to projects and can truly see your impact -open concept work environment, allows you to interact with senior leadership every day -year to year pay increases are always more than 10%, bonuses are always paid in full without question

Cons

-lean teams can create more pressure and stress to get things done. You are always doing the job of what 3-4 people would be responsible for at another organization -some teams are very micromanaging
