Excellent work life balance. Company genuinely cares about its employees. Benefits are great and pay is within or beyond industry standards.

Cons

Can’t think of any cons. The office is in a great location. Building is well kept and beautiful. Everyone looks like they are happy and enjoys coming to work.

Pros

BRES was fun to work at. Their real estate brands are Royal Lepage, Via Capitale and Prudential. They were fair to employees overall, paid a decent wage and were very friendly and approachable professionals.

Cons

As a part of Brookfield they seem to relish restructurings and change. Too many good staff & management leave the business for no good reason.
