Employees on the business side are very smart and professional. Highly respected CEO. Growing company with a lot of opportunity for employees.

Cons

Culture has a big focus on conforming and being compliant and not questioning HR or senior management to the point that it feels cult like. Differing opinions not tolerated. Lack of employee diversity especially at more senior levels. HR tries to sweep problematic behavior under the rug. Pays lower than market which leads to low morale.
