Abilities to work from home, friendly approachable people for the most part, beautiful office with nice ammenities.

Cons

Blatant favoritism, poor management, very hard to get promoted, and not a good sense of team. Not all co-workers are held to the same standard of work.

Cons

Certain dispicable managers bully their employees and intimidate their bosses, so they remain the most powerful, yet are completely incompetent. This makes for a culture of intimidation and bullying. Very difficult to remain for very long.
