Far removed from head office in Canada. Sometimes felt like it was managed like a private equity portfolio company and constrained financially at times.

Too Toronto / North America centric. Corporation is still run like a small club controlled by the senior Managing Directors, and not like a Fortune 500 / 1000 company.
