Working until 7 allows you to order dinner, and until 8 allows for a taxi service. There are company sponsored happy hours once a quarter

Cons

Low salary compared to market, teams are constantly understaffed, quality standards not equally applied to all teams leaving the better teams to cover for weak ones. Upper management needs to be brought into the 20th century on social issues before issues of 21st century can be addressed.
