Rigid Return to Office Policy

Pros

A lot of smart individuals at the firm. Depending on the team, you can have a lot of autonomy over your work. Benefits are generally very good.

Cons

Brookfield shows little to no empathy for its workforce. One of the first firms back to office full time, and they see each individual as replaceable. Pay is below average. Company is turning into a toxic environment. Losing talent fast to other firms.

Pros

Opportunities for incentive compensation and standard annual raises

Cons

Certain dispicable managers bully their employees and intimidate their bosses, so they remain the most powerful, yet are completely incompetent. This makes for a culture of intimidation and bullying. Very difficult to remain for very long.
