Great benefits, elite office space, convenient location, overall pleasant people

Cons

Not a great working culture. Very hard to move up and they don’t offer hybrid/remote options. A lot of micro-management (depending on your department) and toxic leadership.

It is many smart colleagues and a large scale which gives many learning and performing opportunities.

Cons

India office should get more oversight and deep dive from the global team. Hardly feels like a MNC - poor work culture due to the top guy.
