Nice office and tons of snacks/treats.

Cons

Horrible management, everyone is rude and disrespectful and scream/disrespect you in-front of everyone and very short tempered. Management provides no clear mentorship and very political. Career development works on your manager. No work life balance -would not recommend.

Nothing. Maybe compensation for few candidates can be a pro. But honestly they don't pay anything above the industry standards.

Cons

Everything. Micro-management. Don't want to give benefits but want to show. No alignment of vision with their Canada counterparts. Ruining people's careers
