Pros

fun environment, great family perks, passionate coworkers , most managers support inclusive team environments, good mission!

Cons

they keep lazy inexperienced people that dump on the good staff causing them to leave or work insane amounts of hours. Many managers do not hold everyone accountable and have little if any management experience. I had a great manager , strong leader that was very set in his ways but empowered his staff and i had a bad manager that had no leadership experience who said do what you think is right but would use it against you if you didn't do things the way she would and if she didn't have experience in a subject she would try to sound knowledgeable and get upset if anyone corrected her inaccuracies. however she also preferred new to the workforce staff over experienced staff due to her need for control and to sound knowledgeable.

Your comment about promotional opportunities being non-existent is incorrect. In 2017 alone year to date, we have promoted over 60 employees including both seasonal employees and full-time workers. This includes job enlargements, where employees assume additional responsibilities, as well as employees moving into completely new higher-level roles. We very much promote internal mobility and advancement and have a comprehensive training program, called CZS University, which is available to all employees, free of charge, This includes both required and elective training. We also have lateral moves and other opportunities for development to provide employees with additional skills and experience that help qualify them for advancement.
