The only changes happening for the employees here are making things worse.
Pros
The buildings, animals, and VPs & higher up get proper care and funding.
Cons
Anyone below the VP level is basically considered expendable. Animal Programs employees are overworked and still criticized for not doing enough to the point where some have been fired and still come in to work for the sake of the animals. Facilities and IT employees are consistently dealing with power and hardware failure problems, but since the company hierarchy has them reporting to the Finance dept (which certainly feels like they're considered "cost centers"), senior management would rather ignore complaints and allow their VPs to abuse their employees' exempt status to put out fires instead of actually investing in resolving problems for good. Have watched at least a few managers and several employees leave over the past few years due to these problems.
