Coworkers and the patrons made all of the discomfort worthwhile.

Cons

-Leadership is rude and unhelpful. It seems that they are in their positions for the paycheck and not to serve the community. -There is very little organization and efficient planning. You will be asked to complete tasks last minute due to a lack of oversight. -Leadership is clueless about working in adult education. The program seems to run despite upper management and not because of them.
