      Pros

      Interesting work, nice co-workers, friendly HR. The company has International exposure, and an excellent reputation for supplying high quality equipment. Engineers and manufacturer personnel share the same space, so problems can be immediately addressed. Everyone comes together and chips in during those "All Hands Events" occasionally needed to finish a project on time.

      Cons

      poor management, no QA/QC of engineering. If not for the few coworkers of fine character, and excellent skills, I would call this work environment home for the Good Ole Boy network of engineering hacks.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture, great people. Organized environment where expectations are clearly set and roles defined. Also best management team I’ve seen.

      Cons

      Difficult to move between departments if you are not in management development. That said, I’d still encourage anyone offered a job to take it.
