Pros

Free sample shoes. That is all.

Cons

- no actual training or support for new starters. - colleagues talk to you like you are a child and lack basic manners. - managers will hear your concerns and tell you improvements will be made but then it is completely brushed under the carpet. - office environment is toxic and management know this yet nothing is done. Several employees left with the same complaint about the office. You would think that would cause something to change but no. - lack of diversity and inclusivity is shocking and your beliefs will be disrespected. - great place to work if you are soulless, have no commitments or a life outside of work. - you are expected to live and breathe Brooks culture with no regards to how you feel or what you are going through. It is pretty much a cult and if your face doesn’t fit or you speak out about how you feel, you will be removed.
