Pros

Nice office & the opportunity to get involved in (too) many projects.

Cons

Independent thinking is not encouraged. In fact, you are mostly told what to do by a group of aged leaders, then questioned when it doesn't work. Frustrating environment with very limited advancement opportunity.

Needs a shake up at the top, Current management has been great at getting them to their current position, but to get to the next level there needs to be some changes in the way they go to market.
