There is some disparity between the corporate office environment and the Memphis, TN office environment.

Great talent on our team, kind people who are fun to work with. Work life balance is a focus. Work your 8 hour day and then disconnect. Additional well-being resources are provided such as headspace. Leadership has recognized the need for organizational change in the past couple years. They’re getting the right people in place to improve efficiency and work product across the org. Opportunities to learn and grow including quarterly dedicated development hours, LinkedIn learning and other subscriptions.

Cons

Hard to get certain things done due to tech issues, but getting better with org changes. Must work 3 days in office.
