-No work/life balance -Cut throat, everyone-for-themselves culture. Most people will gladly throw you under the bus to cover for themselves -Certain members of upper management don't have the experience to handle their roles -Almost no concrete processes in place leading to confusion as to how most normal business functions should work -No real innovation - any new products are just tossed down from upper management in Japan with no thought as to how they'll work in the US. Any attempt at moving the business into the 21st century is met with extreme pushback.
