Employee Resource Groups - Brother has a large and diverse program of ERG's including WAYS (women at your side) and many more. Willingness to try new ideas - new ideas might not always work out but Brother is willing to try new ideas to move the business forward. Great people - every job has a few people that are a challenge to work with but overall Brother genuinely has some great people at the company and its been really great getting to know and work with them. Career advancement and education - Brother really supports employees when it comes to furthering their education and working to help them achieve their goals.
