People are fantastic. Management works hard to implement your ideas if you are willing to work hard alongside them. The Brother brand is small but mighty and that speaks volumes to its' growing presence across multiple industries. Brother embraces the entrepreneurial spirit and will reward you for going above and beyond. Lots of opportunities and resources to implement good and/or timely ideas for those who are persistent. The company has taken impactful steps to integrate employee development with their evolving business needs. Work/life balance is great and while not official across all departments management goes out of their way to help you regardless of title/org/dept. There is a place for everyone in this company whether you are a seasoned professional, ambitious intern, or mid-level employee. Benefits are plentiful and persistently broadcasted by the industrious and innovative HR team. Diversity, inclusion, and transparency is increasing company-wide. Leadership making an effort to "walk the talk" and show appreciation to their employees.

Transformation is difficult and creates attrition but here at Brother the new employees are leaving just as fast as the old. Where many companies try to change too quickly, Brother is taking a very slow approach.
