Good Benefits, decent pay Very structured and organized Well organized Employee Events and in-person meetings

No Sick Days Every new employee, regardless of level, starts with only 3 weeks of PTO Not very inclusive or understanding of mental health issues Did not adapt very well to a post-pandemic work industry Lack of diversity in different generations, and not a lot of young workers. EAP program has a lack-lustered therapy program compared to other companies.
