      Pros

      Nothing good to say about Brother.

      Cons

      I wish I would have taken the advise from this board when I was offered the job. Everything that was written is true. The place is a mess and the people are downright nasty. Management hasn't a clue. HR is run by a bunch of egomaniac bullies. The head of HR is the biggest phony I have ever met. Smiles at you while stabbing you in the back. I was told stories of how HR turns on you if you report sexual harassment...they tolerate it and treat you as a pariah. I reiterate...what a mess. So glad I saw the writing on the wall and got out of there!!!

      Pros

      Solid company to work for if you're willing to work. Lean times are back by Japanese parent company so layoffs aren't likely. Co-workers are more like friends. Private company so no stockholders to answer to.

      Cons

      Slow to react to changes at times. Cautious nature when it comes to new ideas. Not necessarily a bad thing, but would be more ahead of the times if they were more aggressive.
