Pros

The number one pro is by far the people who work at Brother. The culture and shared values of the company are embedded in our day-to-day and everyone is always ready to collaborate and support you. The company also offers a great benefits package (great medical, dental, vision insurances, 401K, tuition assistance, lots of employee events with great food and drinks, work-from-home policy, etc.). Transparency. Strong commitment to employees.

Cons

Potentially long commute. Not sure if I'd classify this as a con, but it's important to take the initiative to interact, network and collaborate with others.
