Brother's environment is centered around associate and customer satisfaction - it's not perfect but from the very top it is committed to the best products, service, and satisfaction rates among it's associates. The majority of it's employees are life long especially here in the US - I personally was not from the NJ office but was rewarded above and beyond for my delivery - promotions and responsibilities/opportunities were always made available and I was treated more than fair.

Cons

Salaries are low unless you've been there for a significant amount of time.
