Great products. They once welcomed their people as if they had a job for life. Sadly their priorities have shifted.

Management lost touch with the fact that we were in the service business. Inclusion and reward became bully and threaten

Brother has great benefits and is a great company.

Cons

Sr. Management needs to understand the business. Too many upper management positions filled from the outside. They do not understand the business and created too many layers between themselves and those who do the real work. Culture changed recently. Instead of the family environment nurtured throughout the years, now they only want millennials. They no longer care about employee dedication, just new blood. No room for growth.

In general, people are friendly and the company is supportive of changes, including very generous in investing in IT systems.

Cons

Not enough oversight from management, as the Board Directors are all internal members and have been in there for years. No change and very little actions. In addition, the Corporate Compliance Officer is one of the Ethic Committee members. There is clearly a conflict of interest.
