Pros

- 1/2 day Fridays - Good benefits

Cons

- HR has too much say in who gets promoted & when given that they do not know the inner workings of a team dynamic or the day to day that goes on within a team / group. It should be left up to upper leadership or managers to make those determinations, with support from HR. This HR team is way too political in who they push for promotions - their friends. It's a very odd dynamic. - The shift from two days in office to three days in office was rough for everyone. Brother is too old school in this mentality that in office work is better than working from home and is better for employees. - Provide more opportunities for growth! It shouldn't take someone 10 years or more to get promoted, especially if the person does their job well!

Pros

The less you do, the more you succeed

Cons

Horrible. Out dated. What’s sensible about the board being all Sr. VPs? Allows poor behavior and a VP with no knowledge and experience to run a department. Do not work here if you want to keep your skills, they’ll suck any logical business sense right out of you.

Pros

Great benefits, okay pay, pretty competent and fun coworkers, and wonderful work-life balance.

Cons

They have a FORCED bell-curve for performance reviews. I had to tell great-performing employees that they were a "2" out of "5" which was really poor. HR is terrible. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. There are several 'sects' of the business. Instead of having one great fluid system, there are several half-worked systems that usually break. It's pretty frustrating.
