Stability. Some benefits included with pay. Paid holidays. Small discount on groceries.

Cons

It’s a typical corporate culture. Owner tries to lead with fear, intimidation, pressure, stress, overworking, etc. You will always have more responsibilities added weekly until you’re overwhelmed. Possibly berated or even yelled at when not doing what they want. Also- “employee owned” is all a technicality.

The owner is a total jerk, the people that you work with are two faced and are quick to throw you under the bus to save their own rears. If you're a person of color or if you are not LDS or a woman, good luck being treated with any kind of respect from the owner.

Nothing is worth working here.

Cons

They show absolutely no respect to their employees. Their management is awful and the supervisors aren't much better. I was lied to by management several times. They show no respect for who you are as a person and the work you do. Within the span of 2 weeks me as well as 5 or 6 people quit because the management was so bad there was nothing worth working there.
