You always have something to do You have new things to learn every time you are there. The is ways to grow in the company If you are with some great coworkers then this job is a breeze.

Cons

If you are not with coworkers, you like then this job can get very frustrating. Sometimes random responsibilities go to the front-end department that should not be our role. We have had to assign employees to go and clean by the trash compactor behind the building. Corporate is also in Rigby so they are breathing down our necks and giving more correction in this location than if you were at another location. (I did work at another location, and it was better in that sense) Turnover is pretty frequent but that allows for potential growth for people more quickly.
