Co-workers make this job. The team members in the corporate office are the best around. Convenient location right off the freeway.

Cons

Communication is not a strong point for this company. The upper management is very entitled and do not care for the team and rewarding team for performance. Have no regard for work life balance.

Managers refuse to listen to their employees, Managers take all the credit for good and place blame on others for bad. Robert Broulim is a self important SOB. He treats his employees poorly. Robert has no issues scolding employees in front of other employees and customers. Robert will demand his employees do things that are impossible to do with the equipment and products provided. Robert will step on the toes of his hard working employees without a second thought, he also plays favorites to those that are family and friends of his family.
