Pros

Team environment is great. Training within Operations has been more than expected. There are always ways to get involved, always after work events and lots of hard working people to befriend. If you like challenges and being a part of a winning team, you will like it here.

Cons

It's a hard charging place. You need to work hard as people here are held accountable to set expectations.

Pros

Very sociable environment where you're encouraged to get to know people across the entire organization. There are some really incredible people that work at Brown, but somehow they tend to never get promoted to management positions where they could make a serious impact.

Cons

Old boys club mentality that's incredibly elitist. Unless your family has millions, don't expect to be promoted, heard, or treated well. Good luck sleeping while working here without the constant fear that someone is throwing you under the bus.

Honest leadership, transparent communication, invaluable mentor program, tuition reimbursement, open and welcoming culture, extremely fast-paced environment, true meritocracy, small firm feel.

Cons

This is a very demanding place. The pace at which the firm moves is beyond compare. This can take a toll on work/life balance. However, to those that excel under pressure, it is an opportune and welcomed environment.
