Pros

Very Fast Moving and Exciting Firm to work for. It feels like a 500+ employee startup. The firm has Doubled in size within my years - less than 6 years. Very encouraging of continued education (FULL TUITION REIMBURSEMENT) which is very rare nowadays. Intelligent people who are experts in their field, dynamic and entrepreneurial.

Cons

Life/work balance can be challenging. Not a great place for complacency. Speed of change and generally pace is difficult for some to keep up with.

Pros

There is a morning meeting everyday that is very interesting. They provide full tuition reimbursement. The office is in a great location. Breakfast is provided everyday.

Cons

Frivolous with expenses. Private jets, off sites for executives. Operations staff are underpaid and required to work overtime frequently without pay. When bonus time comes around I saw an average $2k bonus in the operations space.

Cons

Expect to work ridiculous hours; HR is a joke; no transparency with salary ranges or promotion opportunities
