Great people. Their interview process is. Dry thorough and ensures only the best people are hired. Management is attentive and caring. Family environment. Good work life balance. Processes are constantly evolving for the better. Excellent learning opportunities. Community involvement. Colleague vs Coworker mentality. Everyone owns stock in the company. Free snacks, coffee and beverages daily. Catered lunch at least once per week, but usually more often. Company sponsored and complimentary social outings.
