This firm is the most unique place I have ever experienced, and it's hard to imagine anything like it. It is incredibly fast-paced, filled with intelligent people that challenge each other on a daily basis, and there is continuous room for growth. As a meritocracy, you really can make anything of your career as long as you put in the effort. Other pros: - Mentor program with unlimited access to C-suite execs and top partners is a great opportunity for exposure and development - 100% tuition and training reimbursement program - Great benefit programs (health, laptops, jeans/casual dress, etc.) - Transparency & communication firm wide - Strong & creative Operations department, true career development and growth options and very unlike the programs at the "big banks"

Cons

The rapid growth that the firm experiences can be a stain on colleagues. The deadlines are consistently aggressive. The standards for colleagues are also exceptionally high. However I personally find this to be one of the most satisfying aspects of the firm, as you can accomplish so much in any given day (it gets borderline addicting).
