Pros

the company has very friendly culture, as well as nice benefit and compensation as well as work life balace, The advisory division is growing better and better. It has just starting doing advisory to other companies instead of waiting for the Minstry to give a project.

Cons

It is hard to advance in career because of lack of drive of supervisor. The company mostly focuses on State owned enterprise business and heavily rely on Kementerian BUMN.
