We are sorry if you felt there were not enough people to complete the work that you were assigned and that you felt that your pay was not comparable to other firms. When determining pay, Brown Edwards evaluates our market and industry trends and also factors in the quality and performance of our staff. Brown Edwards has an open door policy and we encourage our employees to have conversations with their Area Coordinator if they have concerns about compensation or staffing. Brown Edwards continuously invests in our employees by providing training and development programs, opportunities for continuing education as well as the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements throughout the year. We are excited to implement a new coaching program that is scheduled to launch this year that will integrate mentorship, career goal-setting and continuous feedback on engagements throughout the year. We are glad to hear that you enjoy your work variety and coworkers at Brown Edwards, but we are disappointed to hear that you feel that your workload is too heavy and compensation is subpar. We want to ensure that our employees have a workload that they are able to manage and also meet client expectations. We follow the philosophy of pay equity - pay is reflective of quality of work and performance. We encourage you to discuss your concerns about pay and workload with your Area Coordinator if you need further clarification.
