For reference I actually worked for one of the sub companies under BJI. I worked there for 3 years. When the pandemic hit this company laid off the staff that actually worked and kept the staff that sucked up to the managers. There is ZERO room for growth since the management team they keep is on the much older side. I’m addition given that this company produces its items in Mexico you would assume they would have a more diverse management team but they don’t they promote only one “look” and it’s not the ones that are actually working in their warehouse/stores. This company let go of their top producers but kept people who do no call no shows and the child of HR even tho both of those employees had poor to unsatisfactory employment reviews.
