Good work/life balance at company.

Cons

Management lacks strategy, vision, direction and management skills and is dishonest. Product quality is not what it used to be and customer service and operations have caused dramatic drop in sales and therefore investment in company.

If you enjoy getting yelled at, and have people talk behind your back, then this is the place for you. People are rude especially the senior accountant and there is no room for growth.
