Great and opportunity filled Environment in which to work

Pros

Challenging environment that is employee friendly and is committed to quality healthcare and research. The company strives to build a program of care that utilizes cutting edge technologies for treating diseases.

Cons

Like all work environments it can be stressful. Overall I don't see any significant issues with the company and am looking forward to seeing it grow within the coming months to become any even better hospital serving all of Rhode Island, Southern Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut.

Pros

Good people, better benefits. the hospital has a good reputation with most of its employees everyone like the setting.

Cons

The managers dont really give their employees the attention they need and most of the time they're just worried about the unit having patients over safety and other things
