It's a OK job, not the best, not bad either

Pros

close collaboration with doctors and easy access to hospital facilities greatly benefit the disease related research. Good employee healthcare benefits and flexibility of work.

Cons

Salary starts low, and not enough increase comparing to NIH standard. Job security is not garranteed.

i have never seen a place where nurses are treated so disrespectfully and downgraded

Pros

benefits are ok but you never know when they will be taken away. We do pay too much for health care.

Cons

management treats employees very disrespectfully. Favoritism is so blatent that it makes you feel why bother....the support you receive as a nurse is very poor. Parking is another very big issue that should be addressed.

Lifespan Corporate Office is NOT a place I would recommend working in my opinion. Building is very "clicky".
