      1. People you get to work with. 2. Cross-functional exposure. 3. Own things end-to-end. 4. Freedom to experiment & try new things. 5. Employee queries are heard and actioned upon. 6. Leadership is constantly working towards making things better for it's people.

      Cons

      None. - You'll regret not joining us. Especially now, as we are in the Blitzscaling phase & adding products to our portfolio rapidly.

      A people first company who doesn't care for people?

      Great products but that's it.

      Cons

      You literally don't care about the employees. As a company you have sacrificed everything you originally stood for and it's like all you want to do now is get to a sale, acquisition, IPO or whatever else that might be and you simply don't care what that does to current staff as long as you get there. Throwing more and more benefits to employees is your way of papering over the cracks and trying to keep employees hanging around. Equity in the business is low and you can't get any more. it's set in stone.

      Wish I could have any.

      Cons

      - They are paying money to these review sites to maintain their Glassdoor rating, do not fall into this trap. I learnt this hard way. - Most Arrogant & rude CEO. So is the entire Leadership under him. -There are a bunch of product leaders who joined at the very early stage & act as if they are the owners of the company. They've been playing dirty politics all this while which is hardly known to the top exes. - HR is a joke over here -Pseudo Layoffs -There is NO culture of Internal job transfer - Leaders hardly give any clarity on the growth of the company. - Bad Culture
