The founders and directors behave like Claude or AI is some second coming that’s magically going to save a broken culture, zero execution, and complete management confusion. Meanwhile, the company survives on a handful of overworked people actually doing the hard work while an entire layer of management spends their time building slides, talking buzzwords, and pretending they’re changing the world. No accountability. No direction. Just pressure from the top and PR coverups from HR. And then they wonder why attrition keeps growing.
