      Pros

      Pre-lockdown you had catered meals. The peer to peer learning is among the best.

      Cons

      Severe B-school elitism, CEOs and management glamorize workaholism. Management in key functions lacks industry and functional expertise, sometimes dangerously so. Expect a lot of inconsistent, not-actionable feedback. Don't expect promotions if you're a woman. Don't expect guidance from managers if you started at L1 and want to move up the chain.
