      A company who can spoil your career for their own growth

      Nothing apart from remote workplace

      -Company is full of amateur managers who don't know how to handle team and keep transparency among DRs. -Company will hire you for their own rocketship and if it doesn't go according to their plan then you'll be fired irrespective of your performance

      Permanent WFH Unlimited leaves Defined processes WFH setup allowances

      Cons

      Browserstack silently laid off employees, ; labelling it as performance reasons. Unrealistic targets were set up for performance improvement plans, which haven't yet been achieved (has been 3 months+ now since I left). Absolutely no positive feedback from manger even after gruelling for 14-15 hours a day.
