Strong learning environment that helps improve both technical skills and application knowledge. Engineers are trusted to drive work directly rather than just execute tasks.

Cons

On-call can be tough and can impact work-life balance. Working hours can get stretched depending on incidents and workload. High ownership also comes with high expectations and pressure.
